Transforming To Serve You Better

The Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (CARDTP) through its various components continues to make inroads with the modernisation of the public service to one that offers services online to the citizens of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and anyone transacting business with the government.

Part of the digitalisation of the service includes land and property transactions for which a Single Window for Land and Property Transactions (SWLPTS) is being created. To this end, a seven member delegation from St. Vincent and the Grenadines led by CARDTP’s Project Officer Mr Martin Sheen visited Jamaica’s National Land Agency (NLA) to explore the advancements in digital transformation by Jamaica, particularly in the areas of land titling, e-titles project, cadastral mapping techniques, Hydrographical surveying, and geospatial technology.

The delegation consisted of representatives from the Land and Surveys Department, Valuation Department, the Attorney General’s Chambers, Physical Planning Department, the  Civil Registry and High Court.

The visit ran from October 7 -11,  2024.
